Job Description

Enhanced Managed Services is looking for a experienced individual, who is reliable, hardworking and self-motivating, to provide IT support for a large company.  You will need to be able to support and maintain the entire IT infastructure, including network, servers and end-users devices for multiple sites and up to 350 users.  The ideal candidate needs to be presentable, confident and well-spoken as they will be required to interact with end-users, management and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the company desktop, server & networking infastucture accross multiple sites
  • Provide end-user support, ensuring that minimum service levels are maintained
  • Implement and complete network upgrades and new installation

Daily Duties will include:

  • Daily network and server health checks
  • Remote desktop, telephonic and onsite support
  • Support, maintenance and troubleshooting of Servers, Desktops, Network switches/cabling, Phones, Wi-Fi, Printers, Backup systems, Anti-malware and Email

Minimum Requirements:

  • Recognised IT certification/s
  • Minimum 4 years previous experience in a similar IT function
  • Candidate must be willing to work weekends/public holidays.
  • Experience with Windows AD & VMWare and Citrix
  • Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport
